Meet Izzy
I’m Isabelle Byra, a fashion and beauty marketing professional passionate about digital storytelling, influencer marketing, and creating authentic brand experiences for Gen Z audiences. My experience across content creation, retail clienteling, and marketing strategy has shaped my understanding of how brands connect with consumers through elevated, social-first storytelling and meaningful engagement. From building engaged communities on TikTok and Instagram to developing campaign strategies and digital marketing projects, I’m passionate about blending creativity with strategy to create intentional, trend-driven experiences that feel both culturally relevant and consumer-focused.
My Background
My passion for fashion, beauty, and digital storytelling started through content creation and a love for understanding how brands connect with people online. What began as creating content around fashion, beauty, and lifestyle quickly evolved into a deeper interest in branding, consumer behavior, and social media strategy. Through my experience as a Style Advisor at Aritzia, I developed a strong understanding of clienteling, consumer engagement, and how elevated brand experiences create long-term loyalty and emotional connection. At the same time, building an audience across TikTok and Instagram gave me firsthand insight into Gen Z consumer behavior, trend forecasting, and the growing impact of creator-led marketing within the fashion and beauty industry. At the University of San Diego, I further developed my passion for marketing through projects focused on digital advertising, global beauty branding, influencer marketing, and fashion brand strategy. I’m especially drawn to brands that prioritize creativity, authenticity, and meaningful digital experiences, and I hope to continue building a career within the fashion and beauty marketing space.
